Tall de Conill

More than a hundred years old, having opened in 1904, though not in this location, this restaurant-hotel —in that order— run by Jaume Saumell, the third generation to do so, is one of the six members of the L’Anoia Cuina gastronomic collective. It admits to being a classic but an updated one, aiming to “awaken your senses at the table”. Alongside Les Olles in Igualada, it’s the only restaurant in the region recommended by the Michelin guidebook. Nine rooms.
