Time Out Market Card Terms of Use

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TOMB CARDS 2025–2026

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of the “TOMB Card” gift card, issued by Time Out Market Barcelona (TOMB). Purchasing the card implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Validity and Expiry Date

• The balance on the TOMB Card can be used at any time until 31 July 2026.

• After this date, any unused balance will automatically expire and will be non-refundable.

3. Use of the Card

• 3.1. The card is non-nominal (not registered to a specific name) and can be used by anyone who presents it at the Market's points of sale.

• 3.2. The card can be used to pay for food and drinks at the kitchens, bars, and spaces operated directly by Time Out Market Barcelona.

• 3.3. Certain external vendors or services may be excluded. If you have any doubts, please enquire at the Wine Bar information point.

4. Card Collection

• 4.1. The physical card must be collected from the Wine Bar at Time Out Market Barcelona by presenting the purchase QR code.

• 4.2. The physical card must be collected within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. If it is not collected within this period, the card will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

• 4.3. Collection hours: from 10:00 to 22:00, any day of the week.

• 4.4. Home delivery and deliveries outside the Market are not available.

5. Loss, Theft, or Damage

The card is a bearer instrument. Time Out Market accepts no liability in the event of loss, theft, misappropriation, or unauthorised use by third parties. No duplicates will be issued, and no unused balance will be refunded.

6. Balance and Partial Use

• 6.1. Purchases will be automatically deducted from the available balance.

• 6.2. The remaining balance can be checked directly at the Market's tills.

• 6.3. The balance cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.

7. Usage Restrictions

• 7.1. The card cannot be used for trading, resale, or unauthorised promotional activities.

• 7.2. Use for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. In the event of suspected fraud, Time Out Market reserves the right to block the card.

• 7.3. Current regulations will apply to the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Proof of age may be required.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Once the TOMB Card has been purchased, no returns or exchanges of the amount paid will be accepted, except in cases provided for by law.

9. Suspension of Service

Time Out Market reserves the right to temporarily suspend the use of the card for operational, technical, or security reasons. Under no circumstances will the balance be refunded, unless the suspension is permanent.

10. Data Protection

The details provided during the purchase will be processed to manage the issuance, validation, and delivery of the card, in accordance with Time Out Market’s privacy policy. For any enquiries, please email infobarcelona@timeoutmarket.com.
