BAM 2018: La Bien Querida + La Estrella de David + La Plata + Hazte Lapón

The second day of concerts at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm kicks off with the duo Hazte Lapón (3.30pm), who bring their eclectic pop from Málaga. After them it's Barcelona band La Estrella de David (4.30pm) with their signature pop that seduced mega popular Spanish band Los Planetas some years back, and they in turn released La Estrella de David's two albums. The big draw of the evening is the Madrid group La Bien Querida (5.45pm), one of the best songwriters to come out of the Iberian Peninsula in recent years, who brings the legacy of the Iberian light romantic song to her terrain of '80s-style synthetic pop. Closing out the night are a group of young Valencians called La Plata (7pm), who, with their debut, 'Desorden' (2018), have been called one of this season's indie pop sensations.
