Black Music Festival 2017: Charlie Winston

  • Music, Pop

Time Out says

English musician Charlie Winston released his first album, 'Make Way', in 2007, which led to his becoming the opening touring act for Peter Gabriel and which made audiences prick up their ears. Winston now presents his fourth album, 'Curio City' (2015), written, performed and produced by himself, and on which he has broadened his musical palette with electronic touches, string arrangements and the help of mixes by Rahdri Cushnan, who's known for his work with artists such as Ed Sheeran and Mumford and Sons, among others.
