Clarence Bekker

Among Barcelona's hidden treasures is one Clarence Bekker. The Dutch artist who's been making music for more than 30 years now was 'discovered' in 2006 by American producer Mark Johnson while he was singing and playing guitar in the streets of Barcelona. His recording of 'Stand By Me' along with other voices has already enjoyed 75 million visits. He's also played a big part in the music project 'Playing for Change', which has been led by stars such as Bono, Keith Richards and Manu Chao.
