Winner of the 2015 Critics' Choice Brit Award, James Bay is one of the most sought-after artists of the moment. Since his hit 'Hold Back the River' skyrocketed, the boy from Hertfordshire hasn't come down thanks to his emotionally intense and captivating compositions and performances. With his feet firmly in the roots of American folk music, his facility for British pop melodies and ability to give audiences goose bumps – and opening for The Rolling Stones hasn't hurt – Bay has shown himself to be one of the big talents to come out of the UK recently.
