Handel's 'Messiah'

Among the different performances of Handel's 'Messiah' you have the option of enjoying live over the Christmas holidays, we can't leave out this one that's organised by 'Concerts a Barcelona' year after year at the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar church in the Born. This year it's on for two consecutive days, and directed by Rafael Ibarra. The music is by the Jove Filharmònica Catalana, vocals by the Cor Atlàntica choir, and featured vocal soloists are Charo Tris, Maria Melnychyn, Carlos Julio and Fernando Álvarez.
