Joana Serrat

Catalan singer-songwriter-guitarist (who mostly writes and sings in English) Joana Serrat presents her second album 'Cross the Verge' (2016), an album that revisits some of the places and people that featured on her 2014 debut, 'Dear Great Canyon'. Producer Howard Bilerman (Arcade Fire, Vic Chesnutt), musicians Gavin Gardiner (The Wooden Sky) and Toni Serrat, and the analog studio Hotel2tango are some of the people and places that haven't changed so that everything could be different. On this second effort some biggies have also come out to play, including Neil Halstead (Slowdive, Mojave 3) and Ryan Boldt (The Deep Dark Woods). Aaron Goldstein (DanielRomano & The Trilliums) and Patrick Latreille (Sea Oleena) complete the list, with Basia Bulat as the icing on the cake.
