Maïa Vidal

Maïa Vidal was born in California to French-Spanish and Japanese-German parents; she grew up in Ithaca, New York, studied in Montreal and has been living between Barcelona and New York for the last six years. She's not your everyday singer-songwriter, and her music, just like her personal history, is an eclectic mix of genres that bring together folk, electronica and world music to create a singular style. She's in Barcelona now to present songs from her third album, 'You're the Waves' (Crammed Discs).
