There's a definite before and after marked on the city's musical scene thanks to Barcelona Big Blues Band when we're talking about music that falls in the categories of swing and the most contagious R&B. Fronted by the unstoppable Ivan Kovacevic, the powerful sound of this band has given new dimensions to the genre as they bring a 1950s aesthetic into the 21st century. A very special guest has been invited for the occasion: Swedish guitarist, harmonica player and singer Knock-Out Greg, one of the most recognised artists on the fertile rock and R&B scene in northern Europe.
