Nabucco

The Gran Teatre del Liceu opens its season with one of the most popular operas from Giuseppe Verdi, thanks to a new coproduction with theatres in London, Milan and Chicago. The starring roles are performed by singers Ambrogio Maestri, Martina Serafin, Vitalij Kowaljow, and Roberto de Basio in a double role. As usual, the choir and the orchestra are the Liceu's own. Daniel Oren is the musical director, and the stage director is Daniele Abbado. There will be a total of ten performances.
