OBC: Bach Simfònic

The music of Johann Sebastian Bach is the big star of these three concerts from the Barcelona Symphony and Catalonia National Orchestra (OBC) this weekend. They're not original pieces but rather orchestrations by musicians who were inspired by the great Baroque composer, such as Stokowsky, Schoenberg, Holst, Respighi and Elgar, among others. Cristian Macelaru conducts the OBC, which also features students of the Catalonia College of Music (ESMUC).
