The 24th edition of the International Festival of Advanced Music and New Media Art, better known as Sónar, features more than 150 scheduled performances that start on the first day with Sónar by Day at the Fira de Montjuïc, featuring the inclassifiable musician and producer Arca, who has chosen Sónar as the only festival in the world where he'll present his latest live show; D△WN, one of the most innovative artists on the contemporary R&B scene in recent years; American MC Princess Nokia, making her Spanish debut as the most important voice in rap on the streets of New York City; rapper Earl Sweatshirt; the mix of ambient, ancestral folk and techno-dub of Forest Swords; and the combo of trap, hip hop and electronica from one of the members of La Bendición (formerly of PXXR GVNG), Yung Beef.
