Tibidabo Live Festival: Yo La Tengo + Albert Cavalier + The Young Wait...

Imagine listening to Yo La Tengo live while you go round and round on a Ferris wheel. That dream can come true for you on the first day of the Tibidabo Live Festival, a new festival on for two nights in the Tibidabo Funfair, with concerts in various spaces. The headliner on the first night is indeed the trio from New Jersey Yo La Tengo (10.10pm), made up of Ira Kaplan, Georgia Hubley and James McNew, who, with one of the best live shows in indie rock in the last three decades, will take to the stage with panoramic views of Barcelona and a new album under their belt, 'Stuff Like That There' (2015). The night's line-up also includes Albert Cavalier (6.30pm), Black Box Red (8.30pm), Niña Coyote Eta Chico Tornado (9.10pm), Pet Fennec (5.30pm), Rafael Berrio (7.10pm) and The Young Wait (7.10pm).
