Verdi's Requiem

Valery Gergiev comes to L'Auditori to conduct one of the most impressive masses of the dead ever written. It's a striking work in the hands of one of the great conductors of our time. The concert, which is part of the Ibercamera cycle, also features a quartet of vocal soloists, the Cor Ibercamera – prepared specifically for this concert by Mireia Barrera – and the Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra of Saint Petersburg.
