Il Prigioniero + Suor Angelica

This double programme includes works by Italian authors. While the Dallapiccola opera is debuting at Liceu, Puccini's has been seen on various occasions. Ievgueni Nikitin and Jeanne-Michèle Charbonnet lead the cast of 'II Prigioniero', while Barbara Frittoli and Dolora Zajick embody the protagonist voices of 'Suor Angelica'. Josep Pons directs the theatre orchestra and the choir, while Josep Pasqual is in charge of stage direction.
