This restaurant, which produces the typical dishes of the Basilicata region in southern Italy, boasts recipes that are a trifle austere but tasty, suitably adapted for Barcelona's cosmopolitan clientele. This restaurant, which started on Carrer Berlín before moving to Gràcia, is so much more than the typical Italian eatery that we are accustomed to. Excellent products from Basilicata, such as cured meats and cheese and specially preserved items that cannot usually be found here (like canned artichokes and bitter onion), all help to tempt the curious diner to explore this colourful little space, where all the employees seem to be not only engrossed in their work, they also appear to be happy doing it.
