This is the restaurant inManresa and a must for unconditional foodies. Like their parents and grandparents, starting in 1957, brothers Augustine and Benvingut Aligué are committed to local traditional cuisine but, for the last three decades have added a gourmet twist, with a nod to local chef Ignasi Domènech and French, Italian and Basque influences. The best restaurant in 2012 according to the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy. Also serving hearty cooked breakfasts.
