Basque food enthusiastically made by Iñaki the chef while you watch. A lovely place with sublime food, though the ingredients and combinations might seem a little surprising. His best dishes include thin-crust onion coca with salad and romesco-anchovy vinaigrette, chula de Laredo, and the wonderful cream of rockfish with poached egg and fennel infusion. Excellent meats and desserts. Don’t miss their excellent apple pie.
