Carme Ruscalleda, who shares two Michelin stars with her son Raül Balam at the restaurant Moments is the head of Blanc restaurant at the Mandarin Hotel. She chose to build a menu of simple and fresh recipes based on the seasonality of products in the area. Ruscalleda specializes in Catalan cuisine and the menu at Blanc is nothing but the best dishes from the region.
