Many locals might well give Cachitos a wide berth without suspecting that behind the striking decor lies a truly great food experience. With its excellent, varied dishes, presented entirely without affectation, the cuisine’s success is the result of a careful, common-sense selection of premium ingredients. The barbecued squid and ribs are absolutely first-class. Good wines and cocktails.

Not a place that I would give a second visit. Eight of us went to the restaurant for a special occasion, I personally may have chosen the wrong dish, (rice with chicken, which then turned out to include, lamb, pork and other meat) but I certainly didn't appreciate finding bones in each mouthful of food. The waiter was pleasant enough but the 'lady' who I presume was the supervisor did not even communicate, just put the dishes on the table with no interaction whatsoever. I found it to be very expensive (we were charged for an item that we ordered but didn't receive). I'm always happy to tip for good service and even though we didn't get it the additional €22.48 service charge was added, that's no problem but when she asked for .90 cents, in not a nice manner, that was short in the payment I think that just added to the dissatisfaction, if we had insisted on the adjustment for the food that we hadn't received then she would have owed us money!
Had the best meal of the entire trip in this restaurant. The service was attentive, professional and quick, the food absolutely extraordinary. Their truffle ravioli is insanely good. So good.
