Can Feu is —was— the neighborhood in which this establishment opened in 1970 as a bar for textile workers. Since then it has become one of standard bearers for excellent cuisine in Sabadell. The third-generation of the Villagrasa family offers a “modern Catalan market cuisine" with no place for deception or artifice, or for disguising the product. Their specialty is wild fish and seafood from their own hatchery. There is a traditional fixed price menu and a modern a la carte menu. Like Caprice, it belongs to the Cuina Vallès collective.
