This restaurant is set in an old mill in Sant Iscle de Vallalta, surrounded by nature. It takes the best products from the land around it, and in season you can try dishes made with strawberries grown nearby, wild mushrooms and the scallop like calçots. Can Mingo also has one unique dish – Catalan gazpacho, which has neither bread nor cucumbers. Grilled meat, pig’s trotters and stewed veal with wild mushrooms are among the other home-cooked specialities of the restaurant.
