The Colombo twins, of Xemei restaurant fame, also have a pizzeria in El Prat (out by the airport), called Can Pizza. They've opted for high quality at affordable prices (the more aristocratic products they save for Can Cisa and Xemei). In an old warehouse that's been converted into a pizzeria with a patio you'll find 15 classic, crunchy, thin-crust and on-toast recipes. The care they put into the preparation of the base is impressive, and they're so generous with their toppings that you'll barely see the red of the tomato sauce beneath. You'll also find a good selection of antipasti, where their experience and knowledge of the products shines through.
