Review
In the Penedès region, a young chef by the name of Oriol Llavina has become well-known for adapting traditional market cuisine to the new times. Rice dishes, of which he serves a wide variety, could be said to be his speciality, but we should also mention his original salads made of locally sourced ingredients, not to mention his dish of pig’s trotters or his locally raised Penedès black cock dishes. The restaurant is located on the upper gallery of the town’s meat market, a charming rehabilitated 19th century building.
