El Resolís – La Barraqueta

When Joaquín was the owner, Resolís was a definite place of pilgrimage on the Gràcia bodega route. Sitting at his bar meant you'd have a good time, and he'd likely join in to help make that happen. The conversations began with a beer on tap, and you'd end up in a crowded space that brought in the best of the neighbourhood. Luckily, when the younger generation of La Barraqueta took over, the bar's essence remained intact. The kitchen may have gone in another direction, with Mediterranean dishes at popular prices, but Resolís continues to be a meeting point with character in the heart of Gràcia.
