One of the outstanding features of El Trabuc is its extensive and varied menu of dishes. This makes it the ideal place to go with large groups in which one person wants meat and another fish, while one wants to start with some cold cuts while another prefers snails. And if you should come on a Tuesday escudella and carn d’olla (a dish of hearty soup and then the boiled meats used to make it), is the star dish. And the acclimatised terrace is another factor in favour of this restaurant located on the outskirts of Granollers, in a farmhouse dating from the beginning of the 20th century.
