Time Out says

If you think great paella and rice dishes are only found in Barceloneta, you're mistaken. Envalira is proof that there's life beyond the seaside neighbourhood when it comes to these savoury dishes. Here you'll find rice done all different ways, but their Milanesa is the stuff of dreams. They make it with a variety of diced meats and a traditional Catalan 'sofrito' (tomato and veg sauce). As a final touch they add a fistful of cheese that melts with the heat. Pure vice. But whatever your choice from the menu, you can't go wrong. When the season is right, don't miss out on the fried artichokes. They also do a mean oxtail and a fish soup with rice that resets your soul. Book a table because the space is small and has a faithful clientele.
