The signature cuisine served in this restaurant in Sant Joan Despí comes in two versions: the more formal one features dishes like wild mushroom Gnoccis, cream of pumpkin and chocolate soufflé with cep ice-cream and can be found in Follia; while the tapas restaurant, named Follia de Pot, serves cheese boards, ham and anchovies, as well as fried potatoes and croquettes. You can’t go wrong whichever one you choose.
