Fuzion

The restaurant is beautiful. Inside absolute modernity reigns in the furniture and the decor, while outside it’s a 17^th century farmhouse which has already housed iconic restaurants. Everything seems to indicate that Fuzion, which opened a year ago, will also have a long life here. It’s well presented dishes featuring cuisine without borders, include tender veal, or as an appetizer, manchego cheese dumplings that simply melt in your mouth. If you go there in the evening, take advantage of the terrace to have a drink al fresco.
