Here you’ll find well-plated modern signature cuisine that uses locally sourced products. Just try any of the dishes that include mouth watering mongetes del ganxet (small, delicate white beans), which are even combined with tuna tataki. Other recommendations we could make include: coca del mossèn de Folgueroles with escalivada and cheese from Ullastrell, and sole fillets with sea urchin sauce. It’s a quiet, not particularly large restaurant with spacious, well separated tables.
