In a single decade, La Cabana has become an important place in the area’s restaurant world. Its location, overlooking the capital, its original cuisine employing local products and its coffee space make it an ideal place for a drink and to listen to live music. In autumn, wild mushrooms take pride of place, but the cuisine on offer here is much wider, and to make your mouth water, we can cite dishes like diced poached hake with steamed shrimp and vegetables, and rack of venison stewed in a wine reduction.
