Time Out says

El Palau Moja, La Casa del Patrimoni Català (The Catalan HeritageHouse), is a 21st-century museum-style space located in a late-18th-century palace that provides information about the main places with cultural importance to the heritage of Catalonia and sets out to promote visits to them via the tourist office.

The restaurant in this landmark space is just as high-quality as its surroundings call for: La Cuina del Moja is a slow food restaurant serving up traditional Mediterranean cuisine. The concept behind the menu comes from Chef Xavier Pellicer, and the interior design evokes the relaxed and cheerful atmosphere of a Catalan country home.

Mornings see clients enjoying a buffet for breakfast with pastries, sandwiches and fresh juices. For lunch you'll find a full set menu, or you can order à la carte, from among traditional Catalan dishes including salt cod, fricassee and squid meatballs, as well as fresh fish and rice dishes. Following the slow food philosophy, meat, fish and vegetables are all from local sources, and organic whenever possible.
