Quim Marqués, the master rice chef from El Suquet de l'Almirall, has opened this great restaurant at the top of the dome at Les Arenes. Apart from the fantastic view, the menu is packed with dishes from all over Spain, including fried fish and a phenomenal arròs negre with aïoli.
