La Nansa has been a guiding light in the world of traditional Catalan cuisine in Sitges since 1963. Sitges-style rice, which incorporates sausages as well as seafood, is one of its best-known dishes. You’ll also be served magnificent cannelloni, stewed cuttlefish, lobster with snails and battered artichokes. If you like, you can wash it down with a glass of the local malvasia wine. This welcoming establishment is decorated with maritime themes and is located a few metres away from the centre and the seafront.
