The best tapas bar in the centre of Sabadell has been around for some 15 years now, although it is shyly hidden away on a street that run parallel with the Rambla. On display at the bar, behind the glass, are all types of tapas: casseroles and dishes overflowing with dozens of raw, fried and stewed treats. You can accompany them with light Galician white wine or beer and finish off with mode-made desserts. If you’re on your best behaviour, Cristóbal might even invite you to a complementary shot.
