If you enjoy a cuisine that uses local, seasonal ingredients, this is your restaurant. Owner, Valen Mongay is the president of the Slow Food Association in Garraf and as such takes the utmost care of the quality of his locally-sourced ingredients. He also knows how to lend a special touch to dishes that combine tradition and modernity in equal measure. 'Xató', a local salad served with a special sauce, salted cod with pickled garlic pickles, craft cheeses with 'borratxo de malvasia' from Sitges, a sweet wine of great tradition in the town, are some of his star dishes.
