The restaurant- training school for the ESHOB catering firm is an excellent place to eat good, cheap dishes: Every lunchtime there is a gourmet menu made by the school’s experienced, enthusiastic students: dishes such as fish casserole with clams and asparagus or beef fillet with three types of pepper.
