In the 1990s Víctor Quintillà and Mar Gómez started up this culinary project based on creative cuisine – which was all the rage then – using local, fresh and organic products (something that wasn't yet as trendy as it is now). You can see it in their fish, eggs and other products, like the Jerusalem artichokes. They've also got a wine menu that favours Spanish wines, and even more so if they're organic. That they've earned themselves a Michelin star is not an accident, and the prices are within reach as well.
