'O', or rather 'Oh!', must have been what chef Jordi Llobet exclaimed when he found out that his restaurant at Saint Benedict had been awarded a Michelin star. Perhaps what happened in fact is that they inherited the standards and the level of Jordi Cruz’s L’Angle. Gourmands who visit the nearby Romanesque monastery, the Alicia Foundation (which gives courses in cooking), and the organic market gardens should be sure to pay a visit to this restaurant.
