A cosy, modest space decorated with Japanese wall hangings and prints. Service is charming and friendly and the various set menus at lunchtime offer good value, featuring rice and miso soup and then a choice of sushi, teriyaki, 'yakinuku' (chargrilled beef) or a bento box with vegetable and prawn tempura. The short wine list has some excellent options.
