Thai and Vietnamese specialities are fused with other cuisines to produce such delicious dishes as mackerel ceviche with daikon and shiso shoots, nori roll with goat and avocado, and chipotle mayonnaise. They do a scrummy steak tartar with fresh basil and pommes allumettes. And all that with good music as well makes it a lovely place to hang out.
