Mitja Galta, with one foot in Hospitalet and the other in Barcelona, dedicates itself to the new cuisine in the neighbourhood – that is, to dignifying the set lunch menu by using high-quality products and injecting a big dose of creativity. You can see this in the rice 'bomba' with tripe and scallops, or the boneless veal cheek with a chocolate sauce. You've got to try their set lunch menu, which you can get between Tuesday and Friday – it's so inspired you'll want to eat there every day. They work from the philosophy that there's a lot of room to work within the traditional. And they prove it daily with amazing dishes such as the lamb taco with guacamole. You'll always, always find a fillet steak on the menu that's prepared with a touch of genius, and the Thursday rice dishes are outstanding.
