NONONO is all about organic: nothing put on the table has chemicals or has been treated chemically, and it's all produced according to the natural cycles of the earth. Aside from their popular set lunch menu, this cute eatery with a bistrot feel serves up whole pieces of meat – suckling pig, rabbit, chicken – and they look to give back dignity to dishes that have really taken a beating over the years, such as the simple green salad. Media darling Isma Prados is no longer there, but Chef Carles Ros and the maître d', Juliana Becerra, are still betting on their radically seasonal cuisine.
