Family-run Galician grill for discerning fans of barbecued meat. The perfect place for a good entrecôte on the bone. Antonio and his son Santi moved to Poble Sec years ago, since when they have built up a specialist fan base of regulars who come for the Galician beef, the lamb and suckling pig from Burgos, fresh fish according to season, as well as an extensive menu of other dishes, including game. If you want a good stew, their cocido gallego is excellent. If you order in advance, they’ll rustle up a seafood selection for you. Some of their desserts are particularly worthy of attention, such as the cañetes de Santiago, pastís de pinyons, oreja de fraile and Santiaguiña.
