A restaurant that aims to give customers an overview of the enormity of India's cuisine. They specialise in dishes made tandoori-style, using a ceramic oven heated with coal, and with spices scattered directly onto the hot stones. The star turn, of course, is chicken tandoori, though people looking to broaden their horizons should try a chicken korma, a mild curry based on cashews, saffron and yogurt. They have a sampling menu that takes you on an exciting tour from tandoori lamb and chicken to ginger stew and fresh cheese and spinach.
