The cusine they prepare in the one-of-a-kind gastronomic space of the Real Círculo Artístico, a sort of retro cuisine driven by technology and a fresh outlook, fits like a charm with the stately airs of their dining rooms. Among their creations are are dishes prepared with juices, reductions and glazes, such as their Iberian pork ribs with sweet and sour sauce. You can also get a very Catalan fish 'suquet' (stew), or black rice with gorgeous truffles. The topper is you get good value for money as well.
