The trainee chefs at the Martí Dot Institute in Sant Feliu de Llobregat are responsible for preparing the dishes at this restaurant, and trainee waiting staff are responsible for the service. Based on creative cuisine, the establishment specializes in local products such as endives, artichokes and calçots and the menu changes every week. The cocktail and bread made by the students are the house trademarks.
