Time Out says
Sergi Canals, a young veteran of the culinary world (Omm, Txakolin, and Italian and Japanese restaurants all over the world), has opened Riera 29, a restaurant that will reintroduce you to oft-misused label of ‘creative tapas’: you’ve got to taste their chicken meatballs with truffle, foie gras and 'hachis Parmentier' (a French version of shepherd’s pie) or the glazed artichoke heart risotto with smoked cheese. You can try them on an affordable midday tasting menu, or as a full meal at night, for a bit more dosh.
