Pop-up restaurant project Rooftop Smokehouse run by Londoner Buster Turner and Italian Jakob Zeller (from Tirol) have their kitchen and workspace in a stunning space in the Lehman factory. This is where all their smoked alchemy happens, using oak and barrels and firewood to cook dishes that you're not likely to find anywhere else in Barcelona, like an excellent home-made pastrami with sauerkraut, or smoked octopus with lentils and green sauce. They occasionally open the workspace for special means, though you can find them as residents of Pastrami and at their travelling food truck.
